Here are some Warning Signs of a Heart Attack

1. Chest discomfort that feels like pressure or squeezing pain that lasts for an extended period of time.
2. Pain and discomfort in one or both arms (most of the time in your left arm). For women, it’s different. There might be pain in your back, shoulder or jaw pain.

What to do:
1. Call 911
2. If the person is not allergic to aspirin, they should chew and swallow a baby aspirin.
3. Using Nitroglycerin to improve blood flow if you were prescribed it by a doctor.
4. Start Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) which should be used if someone experiences cardiac arrest.
5. Use a Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to help the heart return to its normal rhythm.
